While trekking through the desert you can taste the most authentic dishes. In the Tunisian desert your guide will make traditional meals cooked on natural woodfire. Couscous, of course, but also the "marga" a soup eaten with bread as a spoon, "Chorba", a soup meal which is traditionally consumed during Ramadan to prevent stomachaches, a pasta with spicy Tunisian sauce, cooked with vegetables and spices ... Also you will have salads, seasonal fruit (dates, and grenades of the month in October, and oranges and clementines, apples and pears), and taste the fruit harvested at maturity seasons. And then there is the cake of bread baked in the sand as you savor each morning for breakfast and for soups and saladsl. For breakfast, tea and coffee,, biscuits, a soft cheese, jam and ... de olive oil. Olive for those who want to make the traditional breakfast.
For all the excursions in the desert we provide suficient mineralwater.
Only in 3* restaurants and hotels alcohol can be ordered.
